Aldermaston man guilty of hunting offences

Thomas Small, aged 23 of Paices Hill, was found guilty of the offence on Wednesday (31), following a trial at Reading Magistrates’ Court.
He was fined £995 and had his van and dogs seized.
Mr Small was seen with two lurcher-type dogs in a large field off Bath Road, Beenham, at about 11.11am on Friday, April 12.
Officers attended the scene and Mr Small tried to hide, but he was arrested.
While at the scene, an officer also saw one of the lurcher dogs chasing a hare.
