All lanes now open on M4 eastbound following accident

Richard Oakley said he could not confirm how many vehicles were involved, but that the incident occurred at around 1.20pm, causing the closure of two lanes of the eastbound carriageway between junctions 13 (Chieveley) and 12 (Theale).
Two fire pumps from Newbury and one from Tilehurst attended the incident.
They were required to remove one woman from a car involved, who was taken to hospital with injuries not thought to be life threatening, according to red watch manager at Newbury fire station, Bob Mitchell.
There were also two children in the vehicle who were uninjured.
All lanes had re-opened by 2.55pm.
Neither Thames Valley Police nor the South Central Ambulance Service (SCAS) were available to provide any more details on the incident.
