Planned road closure in Padworth

A road in Padworth will be closed in two weeks time.

Reading Road in Padworth will be closed from Monday, November 21 to Friday, November 25 between the Silver Lane and Rectory Road junctions.

An alternative route will be available via Unnamed Road from Padworth Road along to County Boundary (leading to Stephens Firs), Stephens Firs, Victoria Road, West End Road, Welshmans Road, and vice versa.

The purpose of the closure is to allow the connection of various utility services.

Residential access will be maintained throughout the works and the diversion will be clearly signposted on site.

Please note that blue light access will not be permitted through these works.
