And they're off! More than 2,000 women start Race for Life

MORE than 2,000 women and girls, mostly donning pink clothes and wigs, have started the Race for Life at the Newbury Showground this morning (Sun).
The Newbury Weekly News is here in force today, with our reporter Dan Cooper and Geoff Fletcher speaking to people and taking pictures of the day' plus two members of staff are taking part.
We spoke to one inspirational woman, Sally Shelbourn, who was diagnosed with breast cancer in February.
She is running today alongside three generations of her family and close friends under the team name Sally's Angels.
