Anne Frank Exhibition comes to Newbury




Exhibition held in Kennet Shopping centre from today (Monday) in line with Holocaust Memorial events

THE Anne Frank Exhibition will come to Newbury today (Monday) to commemorate the Holocaust.

The exhibition will be held in the Kennet Shopping centre until Saturday, February 4 from 9am until 6pm.

It will attempt to show what can happen when minorities are mistreated through a series of displays.

Guided tours are available for the exhibition.

Anne Frank is one of the most renowned and most discussed Jewish victims of the Holocaust.

Her diary, kept during the Second World War, has become one of the world's most widely read books, and has been the basis for several plays and films.
