Appeal for information about serious collision near Kingsclere

According to Hampshire Constabulary. the single-vehicle collision happened on the Cole Henley Road, from Whitchurch to Kingsclere, at about 3.45pm.
A silver Nissan Micra, driven by a 27-year-old woman, left the road and collided with hedges on the nearside of the road.
The woman sustained serious injuries and was taken to Southampton General Hospital.
The road was closed between 3.45pm and 8pm while police conducted an examination of the scene and the vehicle.
Police continue to investigate the cause of the collision and are appealing for witnesses.
