Appeal for new Lambourn councillors

Council chairman Peter Iveson also paid tribute to the existing councillors and said: “I’d like to thank all the councillors who put in so much effort over the year. They don’t get paid for it and I know how hard they’ve worked.
“There are some vacancies and we’ve already had some applications which we’ll be looking at during the next few weeks.
“But if anyone who lives in the parish, and has lived here for a year or more, would like to be considered then please apply to the clerk - we want a good mix.”
The parish council office is open to the public on Mondays and Thursdays between 10am and midday and on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 9am to 10am.
