Appeal for witnesses to attempted robbery in Newbury
The victim, a 23-year-old man, was walking home in West Mills between 4.30am and 5am when three men assaulted him and demanded money.
The victim escaped with bruising to his forehead and a black eye after a fourth man pulled the men off of him.
The first offender is described as white, about 5ft 8ins of slim build and in his early twenties.
He was clean shaven, had short brown hair. He was wearing a white T-shirt with a horizontal pattern and dark blue jeans.
The second offender is said to be white, about 5ft 8ins, of slim build and aged in his early twenties.
He had short brown hair and was wearing a thin gold chain tucked into a light pink t-shirt and dark blue jeans.
The third offender is described as white, about 5ft 8ins, of slim build, aged in his early twenties.
He was clean shaven and had dark brown hair. He was wearing a green top with dark-coloured jeans.
