Appeal live after planning permission refused for Thatcham house change of use
An appeal has been made against West Berkshire Council after it refused to grant permission for the change of use of a house in Thatcham.
The proposal (23/02509/FUL), submitted by STATS (Hampshire) Limited last November, sought permission to convert the house at 55 Chapel Street into a one-bedroom flat and consulting rooms for a counselling service, with associated parking.
The appeal has been made to the secretary of state and will be determined on the basis of written representations.
Visit https://acp.planninginspectorate.gov.uk to make, modify or withdraw previous representations.
Or send comments to: Jessica Werrett, The Planning Inspectorate, Temple Quay House, 2 The Square, Bristol, BS1 6PN.
All representations must be received by October 24 and must quote the inspectorate’s appeal reference: APP/W0340/W/24/3349782.
Any representations submitted after the deadline will not usually be considered and returned.
