The items, which are engraved with a name, were seized by officers during raids in March and now Thames Valley Police would like to return them to their rightful owner.
Pc Sian Lewis, from Newbury police station, said there were no records of where the medals may have been taken from or who they belong to.
Anyone claiming to be the owner of these medals should call the 24-hour police enquiry centre on 101 and ask to speak to Pc Lewis at Newbury police station.
Anyone making a claim will be required to provide proof of ownership, which includes giving a full description or original pictures.
