Reading Magistrates' Court: Arrest warrant for Thatcham man accused of Hungerford offences




MAGISTRATES have issued a warrant for the immediate arrest of a man accused of criminal damage.

Thomas Pennington had been due in the dock at Reading Magistrates' Court on Thursday, November 3.

The 40-year-old, of Urquhart Road, Thatcham, is accused of unlawfully causing £107 worth of criminal damage to a bannister belonging to Sophie Dunn in Hungerford on Tuesday, February 15.

However, he did not turn.

Helen Gambrill, prosecuting, applied for a warrant to be issued, not backed with bail.

The court issued the warrant.
