Asian street food restaurant to open in Newbury - for one day only
Isidro's Street Food makes temporary move from stall at Newbury Market to Bartholomew Street
A pop-up restaurant serving South East Asian street food will open in Newbury tomorrow.
After running a successful stall at Newbury Market every Saturday, Venus Alfante and Chris Cardwell of Isidro’s Street Food are moving to their new restaurant Bartholomew Street, previously occupied by Brebis.
Offering a combination of Filipino, Vietnamese and Thai food, Isidro’s has become a regular favourite of shoppers in Northbrook Street, who enjoy the friendly atmosphere, home style cooking and variety on offer.
Venus and Chris are keen for this to carry over into their new venue, and said: "We are very happy to say we have our very first pop-up venue.
"We will still be using our same suppliers and no sacrifices will be made on the ingredients and cooking process. Thank you so very much to our regular stall visitors."
The team at Isidro’s Street Food are passionate about their food, and like to minimise their food waste, so booking is advised.
It will open on Thursday November 17, from 6.30pm.
