Crime author JS Monroe praises lovely audience at Thatcham Festival talk at Bowling Club
Crime author Jon Stock said it was an honour to be one of the openers of this year’s Thatcham Festival.
The international bestseller – who is better known by his pseudonym JS Monroe – answered audience’s questions at Thatcham Bowling Club.
He spoke about the inspiration behind his writing and his new critically acclaimed novel ‘No Place to Hide’ and why he changed his name to JS Monroe for his crime novels.
Mr Stock said: “It was an honour to open Thatcham Festival on Friday at the Bowling Club.
“What a lovely audience – great questions and lots of books sold.
“These events are all about engagement and the audience were terrific.
“Hats off to the organisers for creating such a friendly and inclusive atmosphere."
