Balloons illuminate night sky at Streatley

Spectators watched on as several balloons lit up the night sky at Streatley on Monday, August 8.

The village’s annual Night Glow event took place last week, which saw multiple hot air balloons being inflated on the Streatley Recreation Ground with their burners illuminating the darkness.

The balloons stayed tethered to the ground, and did not ascend.

Those who attended enjoyed the sight on a hot summer evening, while also enjoying refreshments provided by an Italian food truck that was present at the event.
