The 40-year-old, of Walton Way, Newbury, admitted driving a Vauxhall Movano in Cheap Street, Newbury, on Thursday, February 22 while disqualified from holding a licence.

He further admitted driving when the amount of the Class A controlled drug in his system exceeded the specified limit on the same occasion.

Magistrates ordered pre-sentence reports to be prepared on an ‘all options’ basis, including custody.

Mr Kudyk, who was legally represented by Rajah Azam, was meanwhile released on unconditional bail.
