4th Newbury St John’s Beavers gives boost to Christmas Toy Appeal

Beavers have supported other children this Christmas.

The 4th St John’s Beavers has made a donation to the Toy Appeal – supporting children in Newbury who otherwise may not have received a present this Christmas.

The Beavers, aged between five and eight, used some of their unit money to donate two presents, which they delivered to Sainsbury’s on Monday (December 11).

Leaders Grey Wolf, Moose and Otter are “super proud” of the children for choosing the toys themselves and for deciding to spend money on presents for others.
