West Berkshire Council has applied to put up fencing to stop balls at Faraday Road sports pitch
West Berkshire Council has applied to itself for planning permission to put up fencing to stop balls at the Faraday Road sports pitch.
It says the inclusion of the goal catch fencing is to protect the local land users and trees located to the south.
The fencing will be no taller then eight metres in height and will be used to support a nylon sports fencing.
The fencing will span a 46m section behind the goal area at each end of the pitch to provide protection to the business located to the north and the trees and waterway located to the south.
