The pub, which is situated near The Watermill Theatre and which is still trading, has a dining room with space for around 20 covers and 16 outdoor picnic tables with room for 64 covers.
It closed temporarily in March 2013 when previous licensees Howard and Elizabeth English left after eight years at the helm and reopened under new management later that year.
The new free of tie lease is being advertised by London-based leisure property specialists Fleurets with a guide rental price of £28,500 per annum.
The advert states that applicants must be able to demonstrate minimum capital of approximately £45,000 to cover Stamp Duty Land Tax, one quarter's rent, insurance, cover legal fees and working capital.
