Over at Chieveley recreation ground, plans for the 43rd annual bash are in hand, including guys, a firework show, food and bar, from 6.15pm to 8.30pm.
Alternatively, join the fireworks party and barbecue with the Reverend Peyton's Big Damn Band from 7pm at the Arlington Arts Centre, Snelsmore Common. There will also be a bonfire and fireworks display and amusement rides at Falkland Cricket Club, Wash Common, from 6pm to 9pm.
In the wider, surrounding area, also on Saturday, the Friends of Kingsclere school have organised a firework display, bonfire and refreshments at the Fieldgate centre to raise funds for the school. The gates will open at 5.30pm and the display starts at 6.30pm.

Meanwhile, local emergency fire and ambulance services are reminding members of the public that fireworks should be marked with the British Standard BS 7114, pets should be kept indoors and bonfires built away from sheds, fences and trees and overhead cables and not lit with petrol or paraffin.
Hampshire Constabulary has also warned that anyone under the age of 18 caught possessing adult fireworks in a public place or throwing fireworks in the street could be issued with an £80 penalty notice, and that it is also an offence to set off fireworks between 11pm and 7am, apart from on November 5, Diwali, New Year's Eve and the Chinese New Year, when the curfew is extended to midnight. It is also illegal for shops to sell fireworks without an appropriate licence.
