One lane reopens on A34 southbound on Newbury bypass

One lane of the A34 southbound from the A339 to the A4 has reopened after a vehicle shed its load.
The AA says there has been a crash involving a lorry.
Highways England says the the event is expected to clear between 10.45pm and 11pm.
