Burghfield Beer & Musical Festival returns in aid of Thames Valley Air Ambulance
Burghfield Beer & Music Festival returns for two days of beer, live music and family entertainment on September 23 and 24.
Following its biggest event yet in 2021 – which raised £10,000 for Thames Valley Air Ambulance – organisers anticipate 4,000 visitors for this year's edition.
All proceeds from the event will once again go to Thames Valley Air Ambulance.
The festival will be held at the Recreation Ground on Burghfield Common and is expected to last between 3pm and 11pm on Friday and noon to 11pm on Saturday.
Guests are invited to explore 25 cask ales, 10 craft beers and ciders from award-winning local producers and breweries, including festival newcomers Seven Trees Cider and Burghfield Batch, run by the former landlord of The Six Bells.
The event promises a high-quality selection of gin, wine, prosecco and pimms, complemented by a diverse palate of street food with vegetarian and vegan options available.
Home brewers are encouraged to attend the Meet the Brewer workshop on Saturday between noon and 2pm for the chance to taste different beers and receive professional guidance.
An exciting line-up is also planned for both nights, including Burghfest favourites Murdoch's Crazy Eyes, who will headline on Friday night.
Hard-rock cover band Bottle Kids will headline on Saturday night.
