Broken down vehicle causes delays on M4 eastbound between Junction 15 and 14

UPDATE: This event has now cleared.

There are delays on the M4 eastbound between Junction 15 and Junction 14.

The congestion on this stretch of the M4 has caused a delay of around 20 minutes against expected traffic.

The delays were due to an earlier broken down vehicle between Junction 14 and Junction 13.

The traffic congestion between Junction 14 and Junction 13 has now cleared but there is still traffic between Junctions 15 and 14.

Normal traffic conditions are expected between 5.15pm and 5.30pm today.
