Broken down vehicle causes lane closure on M4 between Junction 12 and Junction 11

A broken down vehicle has caused delays on the M4 eastbound between Junction 12 and Junction 11.
Lane one is closed on this stretch of the road, lane two and three are running as normal.
Normal traffic conditions are expected between 12:00pm and 12:15pm today.
