Broken down vehicle on M4 causes delays eastbound between Junction 11 and Junction 10

UPDATE: This event has now cleared.

A broken down vehicle has caused delays on the M4 eastbound.

There are currently only two out of three lanes open between Junction 11 and Junction 10.

Highways England have reported that the event is expected to clear between 4.30pm and 4.45pm today (December 17).

Normal traffic conditions are expected between 4.30pm and 4.45pm today.
