Broken down vehicle on M4 eastbound at Junction 11 causes delay

A vehicle has broken down on the M4 eastbound.

The incident has caused delays on the Junction 11 exit slip road.

One out of two lanes are currently closed.

The event is expected to clear between 6pm and 6.15pm today (December 20).

Normal traffic conditions are expected between 6pm and 6.15pm this evening.
