Burghfield Common charity to feature in ITV Guide Dogs programme tonight (Tues)

'Me and My Guide Dog' will be shown at 8pm

BURGHFIELD Common-based charity Guide Dogs UK will feature in a heart-warming new programme called 'Me and My Guide Dog' on ITV tonight (Tues).

The programme, which will be aired at 8pm, is the first in a two-part series which offers 'a rare insight into the life-changing relationship between humans without sight and the animals who see for them'.

The series follows a litter of puppies through their training and viewers will also see dogs briefly reunited with the proud foster parents who had to bid a tearful goodbye to them as they saw them onto the next stage of their journey.

Viewers can also see whether troublesome pups Kez and Kludo can make the grade and be matched with blind owners.
