Burglary at house in Foxglove Way, Thatcham

A burglar raided a house in Thatcham after climbing through an upstairs window.

Thames Valley Police are appealing for witnesses following the burglary in Foxglove Way between 2pm and 10.30pm on Monday.

Police say the offender conducted a messy search and it is unknown at this time what was taken.

Investigating officer detective constable Josh Gillespie, of the Newbury Priority Crime Team, said: “I am appealing for anyone with information about this burglary to please get in touch.

“If you have any CCTV footage in the area or any dash-cam footage if you were driving in the area around the time, I’d also ask that you check any recordings in case it has captured something that could assist our investigation.
