Burst water main woe for West Ilsley residents

Around 20 properties affected in the region following burst pipe

A BURST water main caused problems for residents in West Ilsley today (Thursday)

Thames Water said a three-inch water main had ruptured at around 8am leaving 20 properties in the area with low pressure or no water at all.

A spokeswoman for the firm, Natalie Slater, said engineers were working on the problem and hoped to have it fixed as quickly as possible.
