LEARN MOREA survey seeking resident views on the existing bus service in West Berkshire has been extended to July 31.
The survey seeks views on changes that have been made to bus services and those that will be made in the future.
In 2021, the Government launched the National Bus Strategy to provide funding to councils to build better bus services with simpler fares, thousands of new buses, improved routes and higher frequencies.
This required West Berkshire Council to submit a Bus Service Improvement Plan (BSIP) to the Department for Transport (DfT) in October 2021.
The district council said it also established an Enhanced Partnership with local bus operators which commenced in April 2022.
To help it design this BSIP it is looking for residents' views on the current service and suggestions for possible improvements.
The survey can be found on the district council’s website.
