Estate agent Jones Robinson has won two top awards in the space of one month.
The estate and lettings agent – with offices in Newbury, Didcot, Lambourn and Devizes – was crowned the Best Estate Agent in the South East 2016 in the allAgents Awards, winning gold.
The allAgents Awards are judged entirely on customer reviews, taking into account feedback left on the allAgent’s website.
Some movers are asked to give their estate agent a star rating out of five, based on their customer experience.
The agent must meet a minimum review target of a four-star band to qualify for the awards, which is an average rating of 3.5 or above.
Jones Robinson’s average rating for almost 500 reviews is 4.8 out of a possible five.
Jones Robinson enjoyed more glory in quick succession at the West Berkshire Business Awards 2016, which was held in association with the Newbury Weekly News.
The glittering event, designed to celebrate the best businesses in West Berkshire, saw the estate agent take home the much-coveted Mercedes Benz Customer Care Award.
