Double delight as Jones Robinson wins awards

Estate agent Jones Robinson has won two top awards in the space of one month.

The estate and lettings agent – with offices in Newbury, Didcot, Lambourn and Devizes – was crowned the Best Estate Agent in the South East 2016 in the allAgents Awards, winning gold.

The allAgents Awards are judged entirely on customer reviews, taking into account feedback left on the allAgent’s website.

Some movers are asked to give their estate agent a star rating out of five, based on their customer experience.

The agent must meet a minimum review target of a four-star band to qualify for the awards, which is an average rating of 3.5 or above.

Jones Robinson’s average rating for almost 500 reviews is 4.8 out of a possible five.

Jones Robinson enjoyed more glory in quick succession at the West Berkshire Business Awards 2016, which was held in association with the Newbury Weekly News.

The glittering event, designed to celebrate the best businesses in West Berkshire, saw the estate agent take home the much-coveted Mercedes Benz Customer Care Award.

Charles Robinson, a director at Jones Robinson, said: “To have not one, but two awards this autumn recognising our customer service speaks volumes about the focus of our estate agency business.

“While others might put an emphasis on figures, fees or deliver promises they can’t keep, we continue to put our customers first.

“You only have to read the allAgents reviews to get a feel for how we conduct our business.

“The fact our gold award is based solely on reviews from our clients is remarkable, but not unbelievable.

“To follow up the allAgents award with a customer care win at the West Berkshire Business Awards 2016, in association with the Newbury Weekly News, is further validation that the customer will always comes first at Jones Robinson.

“It was a boost to have our hard work recognised by our peers in the West Berkshire business community.

“Special thanks on behalf of all the directors at the agency go to our staff, who consistently keep our standards at an award-winning level, and to our clients who took the time to leave such positive allAgents reviews.”
