Scott-Russell, a former employee at Garden Art in Hungerford, has previous convictions for dangerous driving resulting in an injury accident and failing to stop afterwards.

Magistrates ordered pre-sentence reports.

Scott-Russell, who was legally represented by Mason Waker, was meanwhile released on bail.

Bail was granted on condition he does not enter The Three Swans, does not contact Ms Shaw and does not contact Robert ‘Fluey’ Hall or Diane Hall.

A sentencing hearing has provisionally been scheduled for January 29 next year.
