Residents owing money have until Tuesday, May 31 to return books or other loans at the capped rate
TIME is running out for people to take advantage of a fines cap in returning books and other items to West Berkshire Council libraries.
Residents owing money have up until Tuesday, May 31 to return books or other loans at the capped rate of £8 for adults or £4 for children.
After May 31, the library service will introduce a recovery system for late items and full fines and a £10 surcharge will be levied on any account which is referred to the recovery service.
