National Animal Welfare Trust asks: can you find Starling a 'forever home?'

STARLING is still looking for her forever home.

Staff at the National Animal Welfare Trust (NAWT) rehoming centre in Great Shefford have asked for the public's help.

They said in a statement: "This beautiful girl has been at our centre looking for a new home for quite some time now, and we want to make 2022 her year.

"Starling was a brood mare in her previous life, and is now looking for an experienced home as non-ridden companion pony.

"She's good to catch and shoe, and absolutely loves her food.

"She's quite the character and much loved by all staff and volunteers at the centre."
