Car veers off road on A339

The driver of the Subaru Forester involved, Robert Booth, aged 37 of Thatcham, said: “I just drove around the roundabout, started accelerating and the back end just sped out. God knows why.”
Mr Booth was treated at the scene and suffered minor injuries, including slight neck and head pain.
One lane was closed on the Sainsbury’s roundabout but has since been opened.
No other vehicles were involved and the police are not treating the incident as suspicious.
