Cashpoint raid in Wash Common

Police appeal for witnesses

THAMES Valley Police received a report of a burglary at McColl's in Wash Common in the early hours of Monday (June 10).

Officers attended Monument Close, Essex Street, at 12.10am where two men unsuccessfully attempted to gain entry to a cash machine.

No arrests have been made in connection with this incident.
