Cattle stolen from Burghfield





THAMES Valley Police is reporting that 14 cattle were stolen from Holybrook Farm along Burghfield Road, Burghfield sometime between Sunday and Monday.
The police said a lorry was used to transport the cattle.
PC Garry Miller from Newbury police station said: “I would like to hear from anyone who may have seen suspicious activity near the farm, or if they saw a vehicle loading up these cows as this is a fairly busy road even at night times.”

Anyone with information is urged to call the police on 101 and ask to speak to PC Miller or contact Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
