Newtown Road Cemetery Group backs new recycling scheme

Newtown Road Cemetery Group is creating additional revenue by transforming pictures from its outdated calendars into all-purpose cards.

The recycling scheme was put forward by group secretary Carol Brindley.

And the group has now produced its first calendar for 2024 featuring pictures of flowers, birds and insects captured by photographer Andy Cantwell during the monthly nature walks within the cemetery.
