Motor Neurone Diesase Association throwing family fun day in Purley this weekend

The Reading and West Berkshire branch of the Motor Neurone Diesase Association is throwing its 35th anniversary family fun day in Purley-on-Thames this Saturday.

Taking place in Purley Barn from 1pm to 4pm, the event will have refreshments, homemade cakes, bric-a-brac and craft pieces for sale.

There will also be a tombola, face painting and a teddy bear hunt.

There will be live music provided by local singer and guitarist Simon Williams who will be performing covers of The Beatles, The Monkees and Elvis Presley.
