Prior’s Court autism charity in Hermitage plans line up of expert talks to mark World Autism Acceptance Month




A Hermitage autism charity has a host of events lined up to celebrate World Autism Acceptance Month in April.

Prior’s Court is inviting people from across West Berkshire to attend a series of talks from the charity’s experts on topics in the autism sector.

One talk will focus on the centre’s specialist approach to help young autistic people to understand the world around them. This will be held on Tuesday, April 1.

And another on the power of the arts in autism education will follow on Friday, April 11.

Also next month, West Berkshire residents can expect to see Prior’s Court staff hosting a pop-up stall on World Autism Acceptance Day (April 2) in the Parkway Shopping centre in Newbury.

Centre staff will also ‘taking over’ Newbury Parkrun on Saturday, April 26.
