Cheeky crossbreed in golden years seeks new owner

New home at top of Christmas wish list

A CHEEKY crossbreed in her golden years has put a new home at the top of her Christmas wish list.

Skye, a ten-year-old crossbreed, is looking for an active home where she can live out her golden years.

Jenny Hopkins, Rehoming Centre assistant manager at Dogs Trust Newbury, said:

“Skye is an adorable girl who has won the affections of staff at the centre with her cheeky nature. She may be ten years old but she isn’t slowing down just yet as she still enjoys her exercise and loves to explore on her daily walks.”

“Skye is best suited to an adult only home and would need to be the only pet in the household so she can potter about as she pleases.”

If you think you could offer Skye a loving home, please get in touch with Dogs Trust Newbury on 0300 303 0292 or pop into the rehoming centre at Plumb’s Farm, Hamstead Marshall, Newbury, Berks, RG20 0HR.

Dogs Trust is the UK’s largest dog welfare charity and cares for nearly 17,000 stray and abandoned dogs each year through its network of 20 Rehoming Centres across the UK and one in Dublin.
