Hampshire Medical Fund’s annual classic car rally brings vintage motors to North Hampshire

A large fleet of impressive motors travelled throughout Hampshire on a special day raising money to purchase medical equipment for local hospitals.

The Hampshire Medical Fund’s annual classic car rally took place on Sunday, May 14, and it saw around 50 vintage and rare cars travelling to different spots throughout the countryside.

The event aims to raise money and awareness for the fund, whose mission is to purchase cutting-edge medical equipment for hospitals in Basingstoke, Winchester and Andover.

“They were very scenic.”

The rally began at Highclere Castle in the morning, before leaving for Laverstoke Park Farm near Overton, which is owned and run by ex-racing driver and F1 world champion Jody Scheckter.

The rally then departed for The Grange, a 19th-century country house-mansion and English landscape park near Northington, before it finished with afternoon tea at Ham Farm House near Baughurst.
