Cleared - Vehicle break-down on motorway causes rush hour delays

The eastbound M4 lane is closed between junctions 13 (Chieveley) and junctions 12 (Theale).
Minor delays are expected and the Highways Agency has said that conditions should be normal by about 5.15pm.
