Cold Ash Parish Council gives green light to supported living development

The application has been submitted by Gavin Boby Planning Permissions Ltd on behalf of Kevin Tarbox for land at Hill View Farm, Ashmore Green Road.
If granted, the building will contain four bedrooms for four residents, plus a living room and a dining area.
Hill View Farm offers a variety of residential and daytime activities to suit adults with disabilities or those who find it difficult to function in other types of residential care.
The parish council raised no objections subject to the condition that the land will always remain as supported living use.
A target date for the final decision by West Berkshire Council is March 12.
