Cold Ash road will be closed while drainage investigations are carried out for West Berkshire Council

A Cold Ash road will be closed this week while drainage investigation work is carried out.

Hermitage Road will be shut from today (Tuesday) until Thursday (January 6) between 9.30am and 3.30pm.

The closure is in place from the junction with Ashmore Road and Slanting Hill and two-way temporary traffic lights will be in place overnight tonight and tomorrow (January 5) for safety reasons.

The work is being carried out by Volker Highways on behalf of West Berkshire Council.
