The mammal has just surfaced after spending the first couple of weeks in the cosy comfort of the burrows.
Staff at the park have yet to discover its sex and as a result have yet to name it.
A spokeswoman for the wildlife park in Lower Basildon, Donna Hatchett, said that Tillie appeared to be happy in her new role as mother.
She said: “The meerkat is out and about, but we haven’t been able to get close enough yet to establish its sex.”
Meanwhile on the other side of the park, a baby striated caracara, a bird of prey from the Falconidate family, has been born and is nesting under a large pile or rocks.
