Coppicing course on offer

The event will be repeated on Saturday, March 2.
Participants will learn about the ancient woodland management skill and, as well as instruction, there will be plenty of practical work in the woods which should leave them equiped to manage their own trees.
Tools will be provided, as well as regular refreshments, and a hearty lunch over a clay oven.
Organisers ask for a donation of £35 per person to support the charity work of FARM-Africa.
Full time students and youngsters aged between 12 and 18 years receive a £15 discount.
