Coronavirus West Berkshire: Confirmed cases as of August 3, 2021

The number of lab-confirmed coronavirus cases in West Berkshire is now 8,715 – an increase of 49 in the last 24 hours.

West Berkshire's seven-day rolling rate per 100,000 population to July 29 is 206.4, with 327 cases in the seven days to July 29.

The rate is calculated by dividing the seven-day count by the area population and multiplying by 100,000.

The Government dashboard says that 214,772 vaccinations have been given in West Berkshire as of August 2.

The first dose total is 117,494, while 97,278 people in the district have received a second dose.

Nationally, 46,898,525 people have received a first vaccine dose as of August 2, with 38,590,332 having had a second dose.
