Coronavirus West Berkshire: confirmed cases as of October 4, 2021

The number of lab-confirmed cases in West Berkshire is now 12,637 – an increase of 64 in the last 24 hours.

West Berkshire's seven-day rolling rate per 100,000 population is 236.6, with 375 cases in the seven days to September 29.

The rate is calculated by dividing the seven-day count by the area population and multiplying by 100,000.

The Government dashboard says that 236,962 vaccinations have been given in West Berkshire as of October, 3 .

The first dose total is 121,769, while 115,193 people in the district have received a second dose.

Nationally, 48,956,859 people have received a first vaccine dose as of October 3, with 44,992,044 having had a second dose.

The total number of lab-confirmed cases in the UK is now 7,934,936, with the daily total at 35,077.

The daily reported Covid-19 deaths are measured across the UK as deaths that occurred within 28 days of the first laboratory-confirmed positive test.

The total number of coronavirus-related deaths in the UK within 28 days of a positive test is 136,986.
