Coronavirus West Berkshire: confirmed cases as of September 29, 2021




The number of lab-confirmed cases in West Berkshire is now 12,444 – an increase of 20 in the last 24 hours.

West Berkshire's seven-day rolling rate per 100,000 population is 251.2, with 398 cases in the seven days to September 24.

The rate is calculated by dividing the seven-day count by the area population and multiplying by 100,000.

The Government dashboard says that 236,813 vaccinations have been given in West Berkshire as of September 28.

The first dose total is 121,761, while 115,052 people in the district have received a second dose.

Nationally, 48,797,579 people have received a first vaccine dose as of September 28, with 44,833,280 having had a second dose.

The total number of lab-confirmed cases in the UK is now 7,771,294, with the daily total at 36,722.

The daily reported Covid-19 deaths are measured across the UK as deaths that occurred within 28 days of the first laboratory-confirmed positive test.

The total number of coronavirus-related deaths in the UK within 28 days of a positive test is 136,525.

The number of deaths with Covid-19 on the death certificate is 159,716 as of Friday, September 17.
