Coronavirus West Berkshire: latest confirmed cases as of April 22

The number of lab-confirmed coronavirus cases in West Berkshire is now 49,193 - an increase of 33 in the last 24 hours.

West Berkshire's seven-day rolling rate per 100,000 population is 376.1 with 596 cases in the seven days to April 17.

The rate is calculated by dividing the seven-day count by the area population and multiplying by 100,000.

The Government dashboard says that 363,233 vaccinations have been given in West Berkshire as of April 21.

The first dose total is 131,428 while 126,289 people in the district have received a second dose, and 105,516 people have received a booster dose or third dose.

The total number of lab-confirmed cases in the UK is now 21,933,206.

The daily reported Covid-19 deaths are measured across the UK as deaths that occurred within 28 days of the first laboratory-confirmed positive test.

The total number of coronavirus-related deaths in the UK within 28 days of a positive test is 173,352.

The number of deaths with Covid-19 on the death certificate is 190,124 as of Friday, April 8.
